Teen Real Talk

This may surprise you, but I don’t know EVERYTHING. Sometimes even people who give out advice for a living need some advice of their own. In light of this, I made an appearance on the web show Teen Real Talk, where I asked three teen girls in the UK to help me look like less of a skank. You can see it above! Also, this show is made by Bunny. (Long time readers of my blog will know who I’m talking about.)

New Slutever Film for Purple Magazine: The Shave

The latest film in my Slutever short film series for Purple magazine is up now! It was directed by Lessa Millet, and you can watch it HERE! Cinematography by Carla Tramullas. And special thanks to Anthony Bryant for his fabulous hand work :)

For regular readers of my blog, this film may seem hypocritical, as I’m a long time advocate of the bush. I just think a nice big bush looks far more classy, and sexy, than a shaved pussy, ya know? However, sometimes you have to shave it off to remind yourself why you like it so much. Enjoy!

Video Memories: Blood Orange Tour Special

A couple months ago I briefly joined the fabulous Blood Orange (AKA Dev Hynes) on his tour of America supporting Florence and the Machine. The places I went included Phoenix, Las Vegas, Palm Springs and LA, and all of the tragic, middle-of-nowhere wastelands in between. I learned first hand on that trip that there are lots of places in America, for example small towns in Arizona and random places in the middle of the Nevada desert, where iced soy lattes and tofu scrambles are not options on the menu. For realz, there was not a single beet and carrot smoothie to be had for miles. I was horrified. People were literally eating WHITE BREAD in PUBLIC. And then at one point I kind of lost it and was like, “Excuse me, I wanted fresh peaches, not caramelized, peach-flavored chunks that came from a can,” and Dev was all, “Please shut the fuck up, you’re embarrassing me, I want to die.” He also kept insisting that everyone in every roadside town was staring at us because they were racist, which was probs true, but I also think they were just in awe of the fact that, in any given establishment, we were the only people under 250lbs.

Anyway, there were some really fun and #glamorous parts of the trip too, which I’ve made a record of in the form of this completely incoherent video. The video stars Dev Hynes with guest appearances by Alan Del Rio Ortiz, Phoebe Collings-James, Imogene Strauss and Tabitha Denholm.

Also, FYI, Dev is the best songwriter on earth. Check out the new Solange Knowles song he wrote, and the new Sky Ferreira song he wrote. Yeah, I KNOW RIGHT? Fuck.

Bullett Heart

The new issue of Bullett Magazine is the Romance Issue, and I acted in a short film they made in honor of its release. The film was made by Peter Spark, Adri Murguia and Noah Paul, and you can watch it above. GOD, shooting this film was REALLY hard for me, but as a professional, I managed to push through.

Also, if you’re unfamiliar with Bullett mag, you should check it out! The issues are themed, and I’m currently OBSESSED with their recent ‘Obsessed’ issue. I’ve taken some pics of the inside of it, to show you what I’m freaking out about.

It has pages that look like this.

It has a page of celebrity head stickers, including hotties Christopher Owens from Girls, Jesse Eisenberg, and Honor Titus from Cerebral Ballzy.

It has cut-out paper dolls of Tavi and Alexa Chung. Actually.

And–brace yourselves–there is a feature in which six of our favorite film and TV characters of all time are resurrected by the actors who played them. So basically Melissa Joan Hart, Rose McGowan, Heather Matarazzo, Rider Strong and James Van Der Beek each write an essay about what happened to, respectively, Clarissa, Courtney Shane, Enid Coleslaw, Dawson, Shawn Hunter and Dawn Wiener, and take up their character’s stories from where the original writers left off. FINALLY… CLOSURE!

And that’s just a taste…

Sensual Harassment

My friends Todd Thomas and Mike Sherburn are in a band from Brooklyn called Sensual Harassment. I’m in their new music video playing a space alien flight attendant drug dealer #obviously. My friend Ally DeVellis is in it too, rubbing a balloon on her boobs. It was directed by Joel Fernando. Have you ridden a human horse?

New Slutever Film on Purple TV: Watersports pt. 2

Hey skanks. The new Slutever film in my monthly film series for Purple magazine’s Purple TV is up now! Watch it HERE! It was directed by me and is starring “rent boy.” (Shh… he’s not actually a rent boy, he’s just my friend who didn’t want to be credited. Although I have known him to engage in prostitute-ish behaviors on occasion.) Those of you angry commenters who were offended by my last post will probably also find this film offensive and exploitative, so I’m sorry in advance! (j/k I’m not really)

This film is the follow-up to Watersports pt 1, a film I made last year with Mavi Staiano.
